Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Printfresh pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
